All products are made-to-order, meaning production begins only after successful payment confirmation and order verification.
Cancellation & Modification Window: Orders may be modified or canceled within 6 hours of purchase or before entering production—whichever comes first. After this period, changes cannot be accommodated as production may have commenced.
Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying all order details including size, color, design, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
We are not liable for errors in customer-submitted designs, incorrect size selections, or design dissatisfaction after production has begun.
Processing Time: Made-to-order items typically require 3-5 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Title to physical products transfers upon full payment and shipment.
International Orders: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We cannot guarantee delivery to countries with shipping restrictions.
Limited Return Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns, exchanges, or refunds are strictly limited to items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to our error.
Non-Returnable Circumstances: "Change of mind," size issues, color variations (due to monitor differences), design dissatisfaction, or minor printing imperfections are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Defective Items: Report defective items within 7 days of delivery with clear supporting photos. Approved claims may result in replacement, reprint, or partial refund at our discretion.
Warranty: Products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, improper care, or accidental damage.
