All our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is uniquely produced when you place your order. This allows us to offer custom designs while minimizing waste, but it also means we have a limited returns policy.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue. No need to return the damaged product.
Our quality team reviews your photos. For multiple affected items, we may request additional photos showing all items in one frame.
Once approved, we offer a free reprint or full refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
For direct-to-garment printing, we allow a 0.5" tolerance for print placement. Minor variations within this range are considered normal and not defective.
Colors may appear slightly different on screen vs. in person due to monitor calibration. These variations are not considered defects.
All materials meet our quality standards. Normal fabric characteristics and minor imperfections are not considered defects.
For undeliverable packages, you can choose between a reprint (with additional shipping charge) or a partial refund.
Undeliverable packages are returned to our fulfillment facility. We handle all returns and quality inspections centrally.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for wrong size selections. Please double-check your size before ordering using our size guides.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The time to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
