At Migcloth, all products are made-to-order and fulfilled through trusted global print providers. Production begins once payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times vary by region and fulfillment center location.
Because every item is custom printed and made specifically for you, cancellations or changes to your order (such as size, color, or address) can only be accepted within 6 hours of placing the order or before the item enters the print queue — whichever comes first.
After this period, the production process cannot be reversed. No cancellations or modifications will be possible once your order has entered production.
Since all Migcloth products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect printing, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Verified cases will receive a free replacement or refund at our discretion.
Migcloth reserves the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our inspection records.
